The Section deals with: -


1. Follow up action after issue of AT/Supply Order.
2. Timely supply / delivery of goods & installation with in specific period and satisfactory performance.
3. Ensure off- road equipment is attended to promptly .
4. Deals with drugs declared defective/toxic.

Powers and duties of officers and employees of the organization

1. Post contract management of equipment, drugs & consumables supplied against DGAFMS orders


2. Initiation of punitive measures against defaulting vendors.
