AGIF SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

1. Scholarship Scheme for Children. Scholarships are being awarded for a maximum of 901 Students of wards of Serving/ Retired Army Personnel in Higher/ Technical Education in twelve AWES Run Professional Institutes @ ` 40,000/- per student to a maximum of 24% of the actual intake of wards of Army pers per annum wef 2013-14. Percentage of eligibility for award of AGIF Scholarships is as follows :-

3. The Board of Governors of AGIF has taken a decision during 65th meeting held on 05 Jun 2014 to double the existing amount of scholarship with the help of AGIF for children of soldiers who have died in Harness (Physical Casualties) and to pay scholarship to children at the following rates :-
